Acceptance Form

To confirm acceptance of this quote, please complete the details below including your order number if applicable and email to admin@fencingnz.co.nz

Casual Customers: 50% deposit required with order and balance paid on completion
Account holders: 40% deposit required and remaining payment 20th of the month following date of invoice
Interest Charged: 2.5% interest may be charged on any overdue invoices

- Validity: All quotes are valid for 60 days
- Underground Services: All underground services must be correctly and clearly marked on a site plan or located and marked on the ground before work can commence
- Retentions: Unless agreed to in writing by both parties, no retentions are to be withheld from payments
- Ownership will not pass to the customer until payment is received in full
- Fencing NZ reserves the right to enter the property to remove goods if not paid for in full
