Acceptance Form

To confirm acceptance of this quote, please complete the details below including your order number if applicable and email to admin@fencingnz.co.nz

For account customers, a 40% deposit required and remaining payment 20th of the month following date of invoice
Interest will be charged at 5% per month on overdue invoices

- All quotes are valid for 60 days
- Quotation excludes GST
- Retentions and Paid when Paid clauses are not accepted under this Quotation
- All underground services must be correctly and clearly marked on a site plan or located and marked on the ground by the client and remain your care before work can commence
- No allowance has been made for setting out fence lines or establishing levels. The client is responsible for ensuring the fence line is clearly marked prior to commencement. Work will not begin until the fence line has been adequately marked out
- If excavation through asphalt, concrete, base course, rock, or tree roots is required, or if any clearing of the fence line is necessary, additional labour, equipment hire, and associated costs may apply. Unless otherwise agreed, all excavated spoil will be left on site
- Ownership will not pass to the customer until payment is received in full
- Fencing NZ reserves the right to enter the property to remove goods if not paid for in full
